Transform Stress, Discover Peace and Balance

With my free course, How to Bring Peace to Your Life with Mindfulness:

We were raised to believe that with success comes happiness

And we were raised to believe that, to obtain success in the future, we had to sacrifice our happiness and suffer now. Get less sleep, take less time for ourselves, drive our body and mind to the brink, and even neglect our families all to eventually get to the pot of gold at the end of some perfect and magical rainbow.

However, we've been lied to. Or rather, more accurately, we've misunderstood.

Since the time of the Industrial Revolution, we've made productivity and material acquisition the primary factors for success and happiness. But these things haven't made us happy, they've made us more stressed, anxious, and depressed than ever before.

Years ago, I experienced a panic attack while working at the family business. With the stress of work and home mounting along with the added anxiety of preparing for my first child to be born being added to the mix...I was at my limit.

However, my story isn't unique. Nowadays, it's the norm to live stressed out and dissatisfied.

Something needs to change.

That's where mindfulness comes in. Mindfulness is a meditative quality and practice originally brought to us from the Buddha over 2,500 years ago in what was then ancient India and Nepal.

Mindfulness reminds us of what is most important: to be here, present to our life, in the now. To give ourselves fully to each moment of life and realize the amazing gifts that come from living even a little bit more in this way than we previously did.

It's with the practice of mindfulness that we come to realize that peace and happiness were in front of us all along, we just needed to know how to look for them.

Years ago, adopting the practice of mindfulness in my daily life changed my life completely, allowing me to transform my stress and anxiety into a greater sense of peace and balance.

My problems didn't disappear and I didn't magically transform into Superman, however, I did gain a valuable tool for helping me cultivate greater peace and joy, relieve my stress and anxiety, and more skillfully navigate the challenges of everyday life. And, for that, my life has forever changed for the better.

But it's not just me. To date, Buddhaimonia has helped change the lives of thousands of aspiring mindfulness and meditation practitioners.

People like you and I with work, family, and other typical responsibilities have learned the practices of slowing down, turning inward, and listening with mindfulness to create lasting change in virtually all aspects of their life.
